Abstract
Ship handling Simulator system was dominated by computer technology, combined with disciplines such as ship hydrodynamics, to emulate a variety of sea and sea conditions, various types of ships and its control system, achieve the purpose of simulation training. At present, the ship manoeuvring Simulator in navigational teaching and training not only from the international shipping industry is generally acceptable, but also highly valued by the International Maritime Organization.
