Abstract
This letter reports on white LED with high Colour Rendering Index (CRI). We realized the single white LED whose average CRI is 81.8 by applying double growth method of amorphous carbon nitride (a-CNx). The CRI value is approximately equal to that of normal fluorescent lamp. In this letter, we describe the double growth method of amorphous carbon nitride, composition ratio and optical characteristics of the grown a-CNx film.
