Abstract
According to the guidelines that the ecological environment security in Hebei province integrates with ecosystem security, natural resources security, biosecurity, food security, gene security, and social ecosystem security, and the co logical zone in Hebei province consistes of plateau ecological region, mountain ecological region and plain ecological region, this paper establishes early warning model on the basis of the analytical hierarchy process for the early warning assessment on ecological environment security in Hebei province, finally uses the early-warning indicator method to assess the early warning of ecological envirinment security in Hebei province. The assessment result suggests that the warning level of ecological environment security in Hebei province is) level and III level, and had not reached to IV level that means that it is a bad ecological environment in 1995~2008, but the deteriorating trend can not be ignored.
