Abstract
في هذا العمل ، قمنا بدراسة وتوليف خصائص استشعار الغاز (NO2) لأغشية أكسيد الحديد (Fe2O3) الرقيقة باستخدام تقنية المغنطرون DC- الرش ، باستخدام سماكات مختلفة تتزامن مع أوقات ترسيب مختلفة. يتم اختبار كل فيلم بدرجة حرارة عينة مختلفة (200 و 250 و 300) درجة مئوية من أجل تعزيز حساسية الغاز. تظهر النتائج أن حساسية الأفلام تزداد كلما قل سمك الفيلم (حجم حبيبات أقل) ، كما أن حساسية الغاز تزداد مع زيادة درجة حرارة التشغيل.
