Abstract
Scientific and objective evaluation of urban public transport services quality is contributive to the development of urban public transport. Based on the analysis of urban public transport services characteristics, this paper build a urban public transport service quality evaluation architecture, and establish the evaluation model based on AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. In the end, the above theory is applied to Wuhan public transport services evaluation.
