Abstract

The work presents the results of a study of the stability of geometric dimensions of wax models of compressor stator blades of the 15th stage, manufactured using rapid prototyping technology. In the process of performing the work, the algorithm for assigning the total shrinkage was studied. It is established that the deviation of geometric dimensions, both in the greater and in the lesser direction relative to the nominal size of the blade is caused by the amount of volumetric shrinkage of the material used. Measuring the linear dimensions of wax models of blades allowed us to determine the nature of the geometry deviation for further accounting and compensation.
