Abstract

The aim of this study is investigating the role of the study on job performance of secondary school teachers .for this purpose, statistical population consisted of all secondary managers of two cities of Sari ( zones 1 and 2 ) to number 1059 in the 2016-17 school year and questionnaires were distributed among them, including 100 male teachers and 180 female teachers, and questionnaire was analyzed by SPSS software after collecting the questionnaire. The results showed that the job performance of teachers is at a good level with an average of 75 / 34 is at a good level. and the average of the lesson was calculated on the average level (close to good). A regression test was used to investigate the hypotheses of the research. based on the obtained results, the effect of knowledge use on teacher job knowledge was confirmed by a correlation coefficient of 0/546, and with the standard beta coefficient, the effect was approximately 55 %. on the other hand, the effect of the performance of the teacher ‘s job on teacher job performance was0/669 be and with the standard beta coefficient, the effect was has been 67 %. also, the effect of the attitude of the study on the attitude and behavior of the teacher was confirmed by a coefficient of 0/571, and with a standard beta coefficient, the effect was has been 57 %. Finally, the use of the study on the job performance of the teacher was confirmed by the correlation coefficient of 0/738. and with the standard beta coefficient, the effect was has been 74 %.

  • For the main question of the study, the correlation coefficient between the variables in the model is 0/738 and the modified determination coefficient is 0 / 543. This result indicates that around 54 % of the variation of the variables is explained by the linear regression model. the mean value of statistic f (000) is less than the allowable limits (0.05). the elegance of the model is approved

Summary

Introduction

Background and Problem StatementTeaching without a pre - designed application of blind work and design without performing a task is fruitless, which will adorn the pages of paper. The course plan should be set in such a way that even a novice can perform its educational activities in the classroom in general. The teacher " s manual is the teacher " s guide, because on one side the teacher is confident, especially the naïve teachers, and on the other hand, the material needs to be taught at a certain time and status, thereby becoming easier to control the class by the teacher It might be better for each teacher to adjust course in his own way. I address the main question of the research as follows: Does the use of the curriculum affect teacher job performance?
