Abstract

The waters of the river Hamma were collected monthly between May 2016 and April 2017, at two stations (upstream and downstream of its confluence with the waters of the thermal source Hamma Moulay Yacoube to conduct physicochemical analysis. The descriptive analysis showed that the waters of the river are subjected to physicochemical variations important after mixing with those of the source: enrichment with mineral salts (chlorides and sulfates) and the increase of temperature, conductivity and total hardness of water.
