Abstract

The main characteristics of a complex installation consisting of a shower system and an ionization calorimeter located under the shower system center at a depth of 130 m.w.e. are reported. Results of measurements of the energy spectra of bursts and electromagnetic cascades in the calorimeter are given. On the basis of the spectra obtained angular and energy distributions of muons going into an EAS compound are determined.
