Abstract
In the Raman spect ra of the lattice vibrations of mixed crys ta ls not having any specific interaction between their molecules, the frequencies of the lines take intermediate values relative to the frequencies of the individual components [1-4]. A smooth displacement of the frequencies on varying the percentage composition of the components is also predicted in theoret ical investigations [5, 6].
