Abstract

The effect of cryopreserved placental biopreparations on the restoration of thyroid function against the background of experimental hypothyroidism has been studied. It is established that
after transplantation of rabbit placenta tissue, the thyroid gland of animals with experimental hypothyroidism has the ability to restore its functional activity for a long time. It is shown that allo-tissue of the placenta has
pronounced stimulating effect on thyroid function of rabbits with suppressed thyroid gland. The maximum effect of the biological product is two months
term and is stored in the third month of the allograft in the body
 the recipient.
