Abstract
This research aims to examine and analyze organizational behavior at UNINGRAT by exploring the role of visionary leadership, work motivation, and work culture on the performance of educational staff at UNINGRAT by mediating the role of work commitment. This research is explanatory research with a quantitative descriptive approach and survey methods. The survey method was used to obtain answers from respondents in this research, namely UNINGRAT educational staff using non-probability sampling techniques through purposive sampling, which then obtained 145 data. After the data was collected, the data was then analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the AMOS analysis tool. The results revealed that of the 10 hypotheses, 3 hypotheses were rejected and 7 hypotheses were accepted.
