Abstract

Besides literature review, the survey by questionnaire followed by quantitative analysis was carried out in the study. For healthy development of industrial relations, the study made the following recommendations: quickening the step of lawmaking, strengthening the supervision of law-enforced, increasing the participation of labor exporting local government for controlling labor, and training, supporting and helping the appearance and growth of the labor organization, with the further development of union organization for local industry or trade union.
