Abstract

The purpose of this work is to study the content of vitamins in berries and wine of new promising grape varieties, depending on various soil and climatic conditions of grape growth. The results of this work should help determine the degree of contribution of individual vitamins. According to the results of the study, we will have to identify the most suitable rootstocks and habitats for the studied grape varieties, not only based on economically valuable traits and organoleptic evaluation, but also on the potentially positive impact on human health, which will allow more efficient selection and recommendation of rootstocks and areas for vineyard planting. The amount of vitamins B1, B2, B6, B9, C, PP in grapes grown in the Fergana Valley of the Republic of Uzbekistan was studied. Vitamins contained in plant tissue are involved in redox metabolism. Vitamins are involved in redox metabolism. The amount of vitamins of grape juice varieties “Husayn white” and “Charos” was studied. The amount of vitamins contained in the solution was calculated by comparing the results obtained with standard chromatograms. Vitamins B2, B6, PP are more in the Charos variety, and vitamins B1 and vitamin C were not in the Husayn White and Charos varieties.
