Abstract
Multilayers of TiC/Al2O3/TiC were deposited by CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) on pure cobalt, cemented carbides (WC-Co) and Al2O3 substrates. By a low angle cut produced with a ball cratering technique, depth profile measurements were determined by SAM.
