Abstract

The specific heat of Ca 0.04 Sr 0.96 TiO 3 has been measured by conduction calorimetry. The specific heat excess and the transition temperature have been compared, in the frame of Landau theory, with those obtained previously in SrTiO 3 . We also compare the effect in transition temperature of low concentration of Ca with that obtained previously for higher concentrations of Ca.
