Abstract
The polarization labeling spectroscopy technique is used to study excited singlet ungerade states of K2in the energy range 26 400–30 200 cm−1above the bottom of the ground state potential. Three states, 4–61Πu, are characterized by sets of Dunham coefficients. The 61Σu+state with an unusual shape of the potential curve is also partially analyzed. Comparison with theoretical calculations is done.
