Abstract

This study conducts an experimental study of the tensile strength of cartridge solder joints for the effect of welding process parameters on the tensile properties of cartridge components. To design 16 sets of different combinations of assembly process parameters based on full analysis factor experiments, to complete the cartridge assembly components solder joint tension test experiments and obtain the corresponding solder joint tensile strength data; The main and interaction effects of the welded joint tensile strength data were analyzed to clarify the degree of influence of each process parameter on the tensile strength of welded joints. The results show that the main effect analysis, with a main effect value of 10.81 for the solder dispensing time, has the most significant effect on the tensile strength of the cartridge component solder joints; In the interaction analysis, the interaction effect value of solder dispensing time with spot diameter is 3.14, which has a significant effect on the tensile strength of the cartridge solder joints. At the same time, the increase of solder dispensing time and spot diameter increases the tensile strength of the solder joint, showing a positive correlation. Therefore, setting long solder dispensing time and large spot diameter can improve the tensile strength of cartridge solder joints.
