Abstract

This research aimed to study teacher's learning management behavior with Professional Learning Community through Active Learning in Mathematics. The qualitative methods employed were intensive data collection, content analysis, in-depth interviews, The key informants were 1) 3 Experts in Professional Learning Community based on Lesson Study 2) Teachers who involved in Professional Learning Community based on Lesson Study. The data were analyzed by inductive method and verified by triangulation technique in order to find relevant data to Study of teacher's learning management behavior with Professional Learning Community through Active Learning in Mathematics. The results show that Study of teacher's learning management behavior with Professional Learning Community through Active Learning in Mathematics were In overall, the teachers had learning management behaviors that emphasized on the learners in the high level (= 2.71, SD = 0.13), with the highest learning management behaviors, namely the importation of lessons (= 3.00, SD = 0.00) in the use of media and learning resources (= 3.00, SD = 0.00) in the organization of learning activities (= 2.76, SD = 0.16) and in the evaluation (= 2.71, SD = 0.13) respectively.
