Abstract

The article discusses approaches to classification and proposes nomenclature of functional roles of teachers of the general education system developed by the author. The analysis of the specifics of the proposed functional roles of teachers in relation to educational activities is carried out within the subject area "Foreign language" and in the conditions of inclusion of students with disabilities. The apical and implicit components of inclusive programs implemented by general educational organizations in Russia are analyzed. The results of non-included observation, sociological research and interviews (2019-2021) are presented, the subject of which was to identify the current level of readiness of teachers from 53 municipalities to implement functional roles in the process of working with students with disabilities. The respondents were parents / legal representatives, as well as pedagogical and administrative staff of schools.
