Abstract
We study the superradiant instability of dilaton-axion black holes. For such black holes we examine whether there exists any potential barrier outside the event horizon that can kill the superradiant modes. Our result exhibits that the dilaton-axion couplings do not lead to any superradiant instability under scalar perturbation. This establishes the robustness of superradiant stability for a much wider class of black holes.
