Abstract

In an era of globalization where international cooperation becomes a must in most fields, talents with international vision and intercultural communication skills are in great need. In response to the demand of this market, colleges must pay attention to their cultivation of students’ intercultural communication awareness and competence. This paper explores possible strategies that can be applied in college English teaching and learning to meet this need.
