Abstract
In this study silicon dioxide - tin dioxide nanomaterials modified by fullerenol were obtained through the sol-gel technology. The results of nitrogen thermal desorption, atomic force microscopy and X-ray diffraction measurements are discussed. It was shown that introducing fullerenol C60(OH)n (n = 22-24) at the stage of preparing a sol greatly affects the microstructure of composites and results in the formation of an additional system of pores with an average radius of 16 nm.
