Abstract

Aiming at the disadvantages of the traditional PID controller in the servo control system of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM), such as sensitivity to parameter changes and poor anti-disturbance ability, a novel Fuzzy Active Disturbance Rejection Controller(ADRC)-based servo system for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor is proposed. Firstly, the mathematical model of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor and the basic principles of Active Disturbance Rejection Controller are introduced. Secondly, the current double loop first-order Active Disturbance Rejection Controller and the position and speed loop second-order Fuzzy-Active Disturbance Rejection Controller are designed. Finally, under the Matlab/Simulink environment, we build a simulation model of the servo system for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor. According to the simulation and analysis, results indicated that the Fuzzy-Active Disturbance Rejection Controller-based servo control system for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor has better ability of position tracking and high anti-disturbance performance compared with the traditional PID controller.
