Abstract
This study aims to examine the level of plagiarism and types of plagiarism on University students’ thesis in faculty of teaching and educational sciences in Islamic University of As-Syafi’iyah. The result of this study is expected to give new insight about the advancement of plagiarism detector tools to detect plagiarism so the faculty can mitigate the plagiarism act of students. Folder contains previous thesis and internet check have been used to analyze 15 papers. The result of this study showed that the folder check result provides more percentage on plagiarism compare to internet check. The result of this study presented the plagiarism result such as pie chart and websites links as resources of original statements powered by plagiarism detector
