Abstract

The structure and phase composition of the ceramic-based system ZrO2–MgO is studied. The structure of the ceramics was studied on the sintered surface of the samples and after polishing by fine diamond paste, the thickness of the layer, is removed at each polishing was 100 µm. It has been shown that ceramics are characterized by non-uniform (gradient) phase content.
