Abstract

A spectroscopic study of phase transitions in single crystals (barium titanate doped by Fe and Co) with diffuse phase transitions has been carried out. It has been found that the phase transition in these crystals occurs not only at the temperature corresponding to the maximum value of the dielectric permittivity, but also at temperatures of 160° and 180°.
