Abstract

In order to solve the problems of lines and equipment inspection for distribution network of traditional way at present, such as low level of information technology, insufficient state acquisition, high management cost and low inspection efficiency, This paper proposes an intelligent inspection and diagnosis system based on the technology of internet of things. According to the network layers of the internet of things, the system is divided into three layers , namely, the perception layer, network layer, and an application layer, which has developed a kind of intelligent inspection terminal at perception layer. Intelligent inspection terminal can be real-time position of distribution equipment and personnel, and collection of multi-source heterogeneous status information, such as infrared, ultraviolet, visible, partial discharge, the transient waves, ultrasonic images and video. The network layer preprocesses the object data perceived by the intelligent inspection terminal, and transfers the object data to the application layer server in real time through the wireless network and the unified communication protocol. The application layer, based on the multi-source heterogeneous state data, proposes a comprehensive route optimization strategy state and status evaluation and comprehensive diagnosis method of power distribution equipment, adopts the fast non dominated sorting genetic algorithm with the elite strategy. System has practical application in Hubei 200 article 10 kV distribution network, which can effectively reduce the total time of distribution network inspection, reduce the inspection of distribution line operations staff workload and improve the work quality and efficiency of inspection.
