Abstract

The spin-coating process was adopted in the fabrication of capacitors on flexible substrates. High dielectric constant materials were mixed with resins to increase dielectric constant of capacitors by a trip-roller. The effect of added content of high dielectric constant materials on the dielectric properties were studied in this work. In this study, high dielectric ceramic powder and aluminum powder were added to ITK5517 resin, the conductive powder using the interface polarization mechanism to promote polymer Ceramic composite materials dielectric constant was investigated. The effect of the added amount of conductive powder on the complex Co-dielectric constant material is also discussed. Experimental results show that polymer-ceramic composite materials, the dielectric characteristics are slightly increased with the increasing amount of ceramic powder. For conductive polymer ceramic Powder composite materials, the dielectric constant significantly increases with increasing the amount of the added aluminum but dielectric losses remain within a constant range. By controlling the amount of ceramic and aluminum powder, high availability of low dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the polymer ceramic composite materials can be synthesized.
