Abstract

Introduction: Hypertensive disorders are among the most common medical disorders during pregnancy and continue to be a serious challenge in obstetric practice. Aims: This study investigated the various risk factors, fetal and maternal outcome in cases of preeclampsia. Study Design: This was a cross sectional study conducted over a period from January 2019 and June 2020. This study enrolled 100 cases of non severe preeclampsia and 100 cases of severe preeclampsia. Methods and Materials: Participants were selected by consecutive sampling and baseline data were collected by using a predesigned and pretested structured questionnaire. Data Analysis:Data were entered and analysed by using SPSS version 20.
