Abstract

ABSTRACT In the present article, the electrical and dynamical properties of binary alloys, viz., electrical resistivity, thermoelectric power, thermal conductivity, electron dispersion curve, phonon density of states, phonon dispersion curve and their related properties, are reported theoretically by using pseudopotential method for the first time. The screening influences are observed by adopting different exchange and correlation functions from the aforementioned properties. The present results of electrical resistivity are found in qualitative nature with available experimental data.
