Abstract
Research work in titled “Study of current situation of ODA in Mongolia” considered agreement of cooperation, development cooperation mechanism, partner countries, framework of ODA in Mongolia. The research article consists of the Introduction, Theoretical concepts on ODA, Legal environment of ODA in Mongolia, Using of ODA in Mongolia, The tendency of Mongolian development partners bilateral cooperation, type and frame of ODA, Conclusion and References. The concept of ODA besides considerable improving diplomatic relation between countries remains as an important phenomenon of International relation. Since 1991 Mongolia for getting out of crisis and overcoming new difficulties intensively has been taken assistance from International Currency Fund, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, Development partnership countries, in particular, from Japan financial and technical aids, loans. According to these procedures, in process of contract Mongolia determines goal, frame and results, particularly solves with financial agencies to implement any project by independent project implementer, also enters it in the agreement Purpose of this research is to study theoretical concept of ODA, legal environment of ODA in Mongolia, using bilateral aid flows from giving country, types of ODA.
