Study of Approaches to the Formation of the System of Business Processes at the Enterprises of Mechanical Engineering

Abstract

In Russia, developments on the affected issues are at the stage of theoretical search and are carried out mainly in the field of organizational design, engineering, and automation of production. Until now, there is no unified theory of system organization of production through building a system of business processes. The aim of the study is to develop a system for business processes of domestic enterprises of mechanical engineering in the conditions of adaptive flexibility and reduction of product introduction time to the market. The object of research were industrial enterprises of the machine-building industry. The subject of the study is the economic relations arising in formation of the system of business processes. The novelty of the research consists in the development of theoretical provisions, methodological and practical recommendations for the formation of a system of business processes at the enterprises of mechanical engineering. The methodology consists of: development of conceptual apparatus, forecasting of development and estimation of methodology of landscape formation of business processes of the new generation. The results of the study: the author’s interpretation of the category “landscape of business processes of modern industrial enterprise” is given and its components are substantiated; the algorithm of construction of the landscape of business processes; methodology of forming the landscape of business processes of the new generation has been developed. Conclusion: taking into account the developed proposals in domestic practice can contribute to improving the efficiency of production management in terms of the system organization of production.
