Abstract

AbstractThis manuscript examined the impact of viscous dissipation on aligned MHD flow in a Casson fluid with heat and flow transfer over the shrinking sheet. The impact of various fluid parameters like Casson fluid parameter, magnetic parameter, Prandtl number, and Eckert number has been discussed in this article. In continuation of Casson fluid, magnetic field parameter is influenced by the presence of Eckert number. The governing partial differential equations are moulded to ordinary differential equations using similarity transformations. The scientific results of the differential equations have been figured out by the Runge–Kutta–Fehlberg method with the help of the shooting technique. Emerging parameters are characterized graphically and their results have been discussed in the table.KeywordsShrinking sheetAligned MHDViscous dissipationCasson fluid
