Abstract

The advanced remote sensing instruments used in space remote sensing need to separate the wide spectrum from ultraviolet to infrared, and polarization sensitivity needs to be controlled in the optical system. Generally, the control of low-polarization-sensitivity is required, which is very important for quantifying high-precision remote sensing information inversion. Optical films play a key role in the polarization sensitivity control of instruments. Through the polarization control research on the two main color separation technologies of medium-metal-medium color separation film and full medium color separation film, dichroic mirror based on medium-metal-medium films with low polarization sensitivity was obtained in the color separation of visible-near infrared and medium-long wave infrared, while dichroic mirror based on full infrared medium films with low polarization sensitivity was obtained in the color separation of short wave infrared and long wave infrared. Visible-near-infrared dichroic mirror based on full oxide dielectric films had shown low polarization sensitivity in the visible-near infrared region of the working waveband.
