Abstract

ChatGPT, Amazon's Alexa, Apple's Siri, and many other artificial intelligence systems utilize natural language processing to understand and analyze human language. They use NLP to perform repetitive tasks, organize data, answer user queries, and engage in other types of text generation. However, a recent study suggests the algorithms that employ NLP may be biased against individuals with disabilities.
