Abstract
Two different models of field effect transistors were presented, that attract the appreciable attention from the electronic circuits' section by inquiring the characteristics in high-performance Organic Field Effect Transistors (OFETs). The two different organic semiconductors — Cobalt (II) Phthalocyanine (CoPc) and Poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT) were fabricated here. The present analysis comprise of the investigation on the structural and topological detaiss of CoPc and P3HT thin films, deposited by thermal evaporation and spin coating respectively. Different parameters such as thickness, substrate temperatures were studied. The presence of nanofiber particles were revealed in this characterization study of Organic Field Effect Transistors (OFETs).
