Abstract
The fluctuation of temperature in the pile of tea leaves on a concrete floor was surveyed for 24 hours' storage.The temperature in the pile raised during 8 to 10 hours after heeling up tea leaves, then dropped gradually.The leaf temperature at the upper part in the pile was higher than at the bottom.The temperature in the pile of injured leaves was higher than in that of uninjured ones.
