Abstract

The larvae of a newly described species of the provenzanoi group from the eastern Pacific have been reared in the laboratory from hatching through late juvenile stages. In this account, the 4 zoeal stages and 1 megalopal stage are described and illustrated. The larval characters of this species, the first of the Pacific species of the group to be reared, are compared with known larvae of the group from the Atlantic.
