Abstract

This article complies with the own economic discipline of urban land and studies relevant experiences at home and abroad systematically. The article takes Chinese High-Tech Industrial Development Zone in Ankang city as an example. The authors explore that how to apply the concept of land grading in the process of urban planning, in order to guide planners to fully grasp the land qualities and rationally determine the intensity of land development.
