Abstract

Taking the traditional herbal, ginseng, as the object in the paper, a comprehensive analytical method based on matrix solid-phase dispersion-ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (MSPD-UPLC-MS/MS) has been developed for the simultaneous determination of 46 pesticide residues in Ginseng. The sample was prepared by MSPD. Primary secondary amine (PSA) was used as dispersant, and acetonitrile was used as eluant. Both positive and negative ionization modes were used in the detection. Qualitative and quantitative analysis was carried out by UPLC-MS/MS under multiple reaction monitoring mode (MRM). The linear range of this method was 5 similar to 500.0 mu g/kg. The limits of quantification (LOQ) for the 46 pesticides were less than 0.01 mg/kg. The mean recoveries at the three spiked levels of 10 similar to 100 mu g/kg were 70%similar to 110%, with relative standard deviations (RSD) better than 15% (n=3). The method is robust, selective, sensitive, rapid and cheap.
