Abstract

The addition of urine, even when diluted with 25% of water, to both horse and sheep feces, proves to be lethal to the eggs and larvae of all the bursate nematodes in as short a time as 24 hr. Higher dilutions kill a large proportion of eggs and larvae in the same time, and the use of this agent is suggested as being of probable practical value in the control of these parasites.
