Abstract

Alkaloids obtained from Corydalis ophiocarpa HOOK. et THOMS. were isolated with droplet countercurrent chromatography. They were identified with α-allocryptopine (1), protopine (2), noroxyhydrastinine (3), ophiocarpine (4), l-canadine (5), l-stylopine (6), l-isocorypalmine (10), l-cheilanthifoline (11), sanguinarine (7), corypalline (9), berberine chloride (12), coptisine chloride (13), dehydrocheilanthifoline chloride (14), dehydrocorypalline chloride (15), and choline chloride (16).
