Abstract
Four different model vinylsufone reactive dyes were synthesized. Model ‘dye-fiber’ compounds were obtained during the reaction between these dyes and methyl-α- d-glucoside as a ‘model’ cellulose. The structures of the products were established by MS, 1H-NMR and elemental analysis.
