Abstract

With the prolongation of the onset time after the rupture of highly distinct intracranial aneurysms, serious complications such as re-rupture hemorrhage, cerebral vasospasm and hydrocephalus often occur, which may lead to the death of the patient. Based on the above background, the purpose of this study is to analyze the curative effect of super early clipping for ruptured intracranial aneurysms with high grade. This paper mainly introduces the operation points and techniques of the pterional approach and the supracrubral lateral orbital approach, and then collects the clinical data of patients with intracranial ruptured aneurysm treated by craniotomy clip-clip-on in shenbei New District Central Hospital from June 2015 to July 2018. The results show that the supraorbital lateral approach is a minimally invasive, relatively safe approach with satisfactory field exposure. The superior lateral orbital approach is suitable for the treatment of high grade intracranial ruptured aneurysms as well as anterior circulation aneurysms. Compared with the pterional approach, it has the advantages of avoiding the injury of facial nerve branch, short operation time, small operation trauma, short average length of hospital stay, fewer complications, quick postoperative recovery and so on.
