Abstract
Selecting the data from 1997 to 2015, by using Poisson regression to analyze the influencing factors of China's anti-dumping initiation and of China's anti-dumping affirmative ruling, this paper found out that when domestic firms initiated anti-dumping complaints and the Ministry of Commerce made anti-dumping rulings, their decisions were significantly affected by factors such as real GDP growth rate, unemployment rate, FDI growth rate, real effective exchange rate of RMB, China's entry into WTO and the number of anti-dumping cases suffered by China. When the domestic industries are damaged, finding out the rules of anti-dumping initiation and arbitration is of great practical significance for trade remedy and industrial security.
