Abstract
In measuring the potential ditsribution by means of the probe test method the system of Au-Se1-Se2-Au was examined across a normal section. From the course of this distribution the specific resistances and thickness of individual layers were determined. It has been found that after crystallization, which is performed for the purpose of producing a conducting hexagonal structure, no equalizing of the bromine concentration by diffusion occurred.
