The present report deals with our findings in 145 soldiers so evacuated, studied at Harmon General Hospital.OUTLINE OF STUDYThe patients studied had spent from two to 23 months (average 14 months) on tiny islands in the South Pacific on which filariasis due toWuchereria bancroftiis endemic.7, 8The islands included Tongareva (Penryhn Island), Bora Bora, Aitutaki of the Cook Islands, Wallis Islands, Samoan group, Tongatabu, Woodlark Island,...Bibliography1.
