Studies About a Noosphere as Foundation of Development of Noocommunicology

Abstract

Theories about a noosphere, or noospherelogy, became one of the most popular directions of humanities studies development at the beginning of the XXI century. There is a requirement in the study of bases theory about a noosphere, with which it is necessary to coordinate the special scientific theories of documentology and bibliology. In this article a task to get acquainted with the basic lines of studies about a noosphere is puted. The historiography analysis of present publications, mainly from humanities, in particular from philosophy, is selected as the basic method of research. For understanding the scientific value of a concept “noosphere” the history of its origin and ground, in particular at conception of prominent scientist-naturalist Volodymyr Ivanovich Vernadsky, is considered. It is shown, that there was founded a concept and term “noosphere” in the process of intercourse by V. І. Vernadsky and French scientists Édouard Le Roy and Pierre Teilhard de Chardin in 20th of the XX century. Further development of noosphere ideas took place in parallel in philosophical-theology conception by P. Teilhard de Chardin and natural-science conception by V. І. Vernadsky. Ideas of V. І. Vernadsky were reflected in theoretical paper “Scientific thought as planetary phenomenon”, which was written by the author in 30th of the XX century, but has been published only after his death. The results of own noosphere theory V. І. Vernadsky lined in the article “A few words about a noosphere”, published in 1944. Separate ideas and conclusions in relation to the noosphere of V. І. Vernadsky expounded in letters to the colleagues and handwritten notes, which began to publish in the 70–90th of XX century. It is defined, that the classics of noospherelogy believed the moment of noosphere beginning from Homo sapiens appearance in the biosphere, but thereon development of noosphere only begins. The process of noospheregenesis is continuing and activating now with the increase of influence on society from scientific achievements of humanity and participation of public in civil life. These conclusions are important for further development of noocommunicology and documentology, for determination of practical tasks to library business.
