Abstract

The implementation of the school supervisor's academic supervision is an academic supervision activity carried out by the education unit supervisor towards teachers in carrying out their duties, so that they are more professional in their fields. The purpose of this study was to clarify the the effect of academic supervision of school supervisors and teacher professionalism on the quality of learning. The results of the study can be concluded as follows: (1) there is a strong and significant influence of academic supervision on teacher professionalism at SMK Negeri 1 Cipeundeuy, (2) there is a moderate and significant influence of academic supervision on the quality of learning in SMK Negeri 1 Cipeundeuy, ( 3) there is a strong and significant influence of teacher professionalism on the quality of learning at SMK Negeri 1 Cipeundeuy, (4) there is a simultaneous and significant influence of academic supervision and teacher professionalism on the quality of learning at SMK Negeri 1 Cipeundeuy.
